The Story

For singer-songwriter Jeremy Joseph, storytelling through music began at the age of 14 after an injury sidelined him from the sports he loved. During that season of life, he picked up his older brother's guitar and began teaching himself to play. What started as a way to pass the time quickly grew into a passion for singing, songwriting, and worship. Looking back, Jeremy sees that God was planting a new desire in his heart—one that would shape the course of his life in ways he never expected.

Driven by academic and career goals, Jeremy graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a degree in Exercise Science and went on to work in higher education. Yet throughout the years, he continually sensed God leading him toward music ministry. Seeking to follow that calling, he began serving as a worship leader at a small church in Texas. It was there that God continued to deepen his faith, refine his gifts, and open doors for growth both as a follower of Christ and as an artist.

Over the years, Jeremy has been blessed with opportunities that have encouraged him along the journey. In 2023, he placed in the Top 5 of the YouGod's Music Showcase, had one of his songs recorded and performed at his local church, and saw his very first original song advance to the semifinal round of a Christian songwriting competition.

Mission — Today, Jeremy continues to write and record new music with a simple mission: to share the hope of the Gospel and point people to Jesus. Through honest lyrics, heartfelt melodies, and stories of God's faithfulness, his prayer is that every song would encourage listeners, strengthen their faith, and remind them that Christ is always near.
